The Experience

The Ocean Table is a private plant-based gourmet experience in Fuerteventura, hosted on a catamaran.

Created for small groups, it offers seasonal vegan lunches, sunset dinners and plant-based cooking classes in a refined and intimate setting. Each experience highlights carefully selected ingredients, artistic plating and a menu designed to balance flavour, texture and presentation.

More than a traditional restaurant concept, The Ocean Table is designed as a curated culinary experience, where plant-based fine dining meets a unique maritime atmosphere. The focus is on quality, detail and creating a distinctive setting for guests seeking something beyond conventional dining in Fuerteventura.

The Story of the Catamaran

The catamaran, a 12-meter Catalac built in 1988, was acquired in August 2025 with the intention of fully restoring it and transforming it into what is now becoming The Ocean Table.

The idea was also born from the desire to give new life to a vessel that had been completely unused. More than simply refurbishing it, the project has sought to reinterpret its space and turn it into a place where plant-based cuisine and the sea can naturally come together.

The restoration is currently in its final phase, ready to move into the most concrete and defining stage of the project: opening The Ocean Table and beginning to share the experience on board.

The Ocean Table does not emerge from a traditional restaurant concept, but from the intention to create something different: an intimate, carefully designed environment with its own identity, where a restored vessel becomes the setting for sharing experience, flavour and renewed energy.

Launching in 2026

The Ocean Table is currently in development and will officially launch in 2026 in Fuerteventura. Private vegan lunches, sunset dinners and plant-based cooking classes will soon open for reservations.
